Welcome to Holly Farm and Dartmoor View Lodge

Situated on the fringe of Dartmoor National Park with stunning views, yet convenient for the A30 and 10 miles west of the cathedral city of Exeter, Holly Farm is within easy reach of the very best that Devon has to offer, also only about 30 minutes from Cornwall.                                                                                                                                              We offer self catering accommodation in our 3 bedroomed Lodge which has wonderful views of Dartmoor, open all year for short  and weekly breaks also special winter break prices.

We are a working farm covering nearly 45 acres, with a busy Livery stables and a small flock of sheep. We also have a small herd of beautifully appealing Shetland ponies. On a clear day from the farm's highest point, you can see both Dartmoor and Exmoor with panoramic views all round.

Dartmoor View Lodge is our new self-contained 3 bedroom cabin, this is reached by way of a sloping path approx 40 yards long from the car parking area.

All guests have use of the garden and heated outdoor shared swimming pool in the summer months also free Wifi internet connection. Local activities include golf, horse riding, fishing and walking. We will be pleased to arrange tours to suit your needs or make other arrangements or bookings for you. The area is also fast becoming well known for excellent restaurants and pubs. We can make recommendations and bookings to suit your taste in food and drink (and your purse!).
